Shipping Policy
We aim to have your order dispatched as soon as possible. Due to our rural location and to enable safe and secure packaging please allow up to 2 weeks before you receive your tracking number.

Shipping is currently within New Zealand only, if you are interested but located overseas, please enquire via email.

Prints will generally be protected with acid-free tissue paper and packaged in shipping tubes.
​
Paintings will be protected with acid-free tissue paper and bubble wrapped and boxed according to their varying sizes and frames.
​
All postage within New Zealand is free (this includes rural delivery).

Once your purchase has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We take no responsibility for packages lost or stolen in the mail.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are accepted for goods damaged during shipping only. All other sales are final. Please inspect your purchase immediately on delivery and let us know via email if the order is incorrect or damage has occurred during transit.

If damage has occurred the item will need to be returned before an evaluation can be made and full refund given if appropriate. This will be paid to the bank account that the purchase was made from.
